When did FARFETCH and Brandazine begin their partnership?

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated our shift to digital PR, making creator collaborations a priority. In 2021, we partnered with Brandazine to expand our creator network in Korea. While we continue to run performance-based ads on Meta and Kakao, we have also embraced creator-driven and media-focused PR campaigns through Brandazine. In just one month, we generate over 100 pieces of creator content and have hosted multiple offline events and digital campaigns—significantly increasing brand visibility among Korean audiences.

Can you share an example of a successful campaign with Brandazine?

For a recent collaboration with Acne Studios, we launched our first Reels campaign through Brandazine, featuring eight premium creators. The campaign reached nearly one million views and generated over 20,000 engagements. It’s a perfect example of how leveraging top-tier creator content can drive high-impact results.

What challenges did you face and how did Brandazine help solve them?

As a global brand without an on-the-ground Korean office, coordinating with local creators was difficult. Brandazine’s automated platform eliminated this issue by ensuring high-quality content at competitive rates. With major players like YNAP (Yoox & Net-a-Porter) also using Brandazine, it’s clear that this approach is redefining digital PR. Thanks to Brandazine, large-scale projects—like our Acne Studios campaign—have been executed seamlessly, helping us reach new Korean customers.
